A World Rotting from Immortality

In :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}, death was meant to be cured—but the cure failed. What remains is a post-apocalyptic kingdom consumed by a plague that refuses to let anything truly die. You play as a masked survivor, once a doctor, now something far worse, fighting against endless regenerating horrors born from this failed salvation.

Fast, Brutal Bullet-Hell Combat

PLAGUN delivers tight, high-speed gameplay where auto-shooting action meets precise platforming and escalating wave-based encounters. Enemies swarm relentlessly, forcing constant movement, quick reactions, and smart positioning. Each run is short but intense, designed for players who crave high-risk, high-reward combat.

Skull Masks That Define Your Playstyle

Every run is shaped by the cursed masks you wear. These unlockable skull masks modify your stats and grant powerful passive abilities, fundamentally changing how you fight and survive. Choosing the right mask is Gift to building powerful synergies and adapting to the ever-growing threat.

Grotesque Biomechanical Weapons

Wield a disturbing arsenal of plague-infused weapons known as Plaguns. From corrupted revolvers to experimental melee hybrids, every weapon feels like a twisted medical tool repurposed for destruction. Combat is visceral, chaotic, and deeply tied to the game’s unsettling theme of infection and decay.

Randomized Runs and Permanent Progression

No two runs are the same. Randomized power-ups and perks force you to adapt on the fly, while every corpse you collect strengthens your overall progression. Between runs, you unlock new weapons, masks, and meta-abilities, making each attempt more powerful—and more dangerous.

Dark Lore and Oppressive Atmosphere

The story of the fallen kingdom is told through environmental storytelling, cryptic logs, and haunting visuals. As you survive longer, fragments of the truth behind the plague emerge, deepening the grim narrative and reinforcing the game’s oppressive tone.

Pick-Up-And-Die Roguelike Design

Each session lasts around 15–20 minutes, making PLAGUN PC perfect for quick play sessions that still deliver depth and challenge. It’s easy to jump into, brutally difficult to master, and endlessly replayable for fans of roguelike shooters on PC.
