Mortal Kombat timeline

This franchise doesn't need to be introduced. Mortal Kombat underwent a reboot, just like many other enduring series. The events known from the original timeline were changed by the game. This new narrative is continued in Mortal Kombat X, which premiered on April 7, 2015. Interestingly, MK XL was released in March 2016 for PlayStation and Xbox. The PC version premiered much later - on September 1, 2016.

MKX characters

Shao Kahn's invasion was halted by the warriors of Earthrealm, who also vanquished the fallen elder god Shinnok. Sadly, this does not imply that our world is secure. But this time, a fresh batch of fighters will support the Mortal Kombat veterans. As a result, you'll encounter both familiar fighters like Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Raiden, Kitana, Jax, and Kano, as well as brand-new characters like Cassie Cage, the daughter of Johnny Cage, and Sonya Blade, Kotal Kahn, the new ruler of the Outworld, and the insect-like D'Vorah. Additionally, you can select the character that best suits you from three different variations of each character.

The Mortal Kombat X cast will be introduced to you in an engaging and thrilling story mode. It is the ideal way to master the fundamentals and gain a feel for the various characters' combat styles. In the Towers, you can hone your abilities and put them to the test by engaging in multiplayer combat.
