Try again…and again! (and again)
Think you've mastered climbing games? Think again. Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is a punishing yet strangely compelling single-player experience that will test your patience and refine your reflexes. Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy came out on December 6, 2017.
Unique climbing mechanic
You find yourself as a man in a cauldron, armed with nothing but a reliable hammer. Propel yourself skyward by hurling the hammer and securing it in the surreal terrain. Sounds simple, right? Well, you are about to be surprised… It involves a physics-driven movement mechanism that proves quite challenging to conquer. Renowned for its unforgiving level of difficulty, one misstep could send you plummeting back to square one.
Get ready for a challenge
Philosophical reflections from the ever-present Bennett Foddy accompany you as you ascend, providing both encouragement and perhaps a hint of playful teasing. Are you up for this challenge?
