Bionic Bay is the result of collaboration between two independent creators. Finnish solo developer Juhana Myllys from Mureena is responsible for the distinctive art and design, having previously contributed to indie hits like Badland and Badland 2. Meanwhile, the Taiwanese indie studio Psychoflow Studio—a two-man team of programmers new to the industry—handles the technical expertise behind the game’s immersive mechanics.
